President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo will begin his annual regional tour of the country from next month.
President Akufo-Addo made this known at the swearing in ceremony of the Regional Ministers for the newly created regions.
He said the resumption of his tour will begin from the newly created regions.
” I shall in the month of April and May begin my annual tours of the country starting with the new regions. I be in Western North, Ahafo and Bono East in April, and Oti, Savannah and North East in May.” he revealed.
Meanwhile, the President on Wednesday sworn into office Ministers and their Deputies for the newly created regions.
President Akufo-Addo urged them to work hard and bring the much needed development in their respective enclaves.
He also reiterated his call on the Deputy Ministers not to undermine efforts of the Ministers for the collective success of government.
