B/A: Basa Traditional C’cil appeals to Gov’t to complete abandoned Mahama’s Community Day SHS at Sene East

Basa Traditional council in the Sene East District of the Brong Ahafo Region has appealed to president Akufo Addo to complete an abandoned community day senior high school project at Basa started by former president John Dramani Mahama.

According to the Chief of the area Nana Owusu Sakyi III who spoke to peace FM’s correspondent KWABENA MANU of Star FM, during the celebration of “Brebifie Yam festival”, the project has been abandoned since the NPP government took over the reigns of governance and so appealed to government to complete it for use to support free senior high school policy.

He further stated that the population of the area is more than one thousand but have only one police officer and therefore appealed to provide them with more officers.
