“His departure is still difficult to accept or understand,” that is the words expressed by Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia on the occasion of the third anniversary of his former Special Aide, Kwabena Boadu.
According to him, the loss of Late Kwabena Boadu, an irreplaceable person he’s ever worked with still remains a big blow to him.
In a Facebook post to commemorate the third year anniversary of the death of Kwabena Boadu, Vice President said among other things: “So soon, it has been three years already. Kwabena Boadu was such an unassuming but passionately brilliant, hardworking and selfless individual. I came to love him as a younger brother and he came to understand me like no other person I have ever worked with.”
Kwabena Boadu, 30, died on November 24 in his hotel room in Wa in the Upper West Region while on the campaign trail, barely two weeks to the crucial 2016 general elections.
Reports say, Boadu died from electrocution in his hotel room.
