NDC Leaked tape: Court to hear application for alibi for Dep. Nat’l Comms. Officer

The Commercial Division of the Accra High Court is expected to hear an application for an alibi in the case in which the National Chairman and Deputy Communications Officer of the opposition National Democratic Congress(NDC) are standing trial.

National Chairman, Samuel Ofosu Ampofo and Kwaku Boahen are standing trial over the audio in which Mr Ampofo is allegedly heard sanctioning attack on the person of the Electoral Commission Chairperson.

At the last court sitting, the Attorney General filed the leaked tape as one of the evidences the state wishes to rely upon in prosecuting the case.
