Some three suspects held in the case involving the shooting at the National Democratic Congress (NDC) party’s office in Kumasi will re-appear in court today.
The accused persons Petit, Rock and Wayo are due to re-appear this morning before the Asokwa district court in Kumasi after the court adjourned the case to 27 March 2019.
The Presiding judge, Mohammed Abass at the last hearing refused to grant bail for the second time to the three accused persons.
It’s expected that security will be tight this morning at the precincts of the court following the disturbance by family members of the deceased in court.
Angry relatives and friends of the 34-year young man who died in the shooting incident stormed the court, rained insults on relatives of the suspects and the lawyer representing the suspects. Facebook Twitter Goog
