Dery Joseph, an Electoral Commission (EC) official, was arrested by the Ghana Police Service for suspected electoral misconduct at the Kintampo South Constituency in the Bono East Region.
The suspect is under investigation by the police for allegedly distributing about 15 ballots to voters at the Ampesika-Bayere polling station, which did not have the first presidential contender on the ballot.
