A yet to be identified lady has caused abortion at Dobidi -Nkwanta, a community in the Atebubu-Amantin Municipality of the Bono-East Region.
The suspect dumped the almost fully-formed baby at a refuse dump near an unoccupied building.
According to the Assemblyman for the area, Hon Dandiok Yaya, he was informed this morning that a polythene bag with blood-stained cloth has been found.
He said after an inspection of the polythene bag they were shocked to see that a fetus had been aborted .
According to Hon Dandiok Yaya,, investigations have commenced to establish which lady committed the dastardly act, adding that whoever is responsible will not be spared.
He advised the youth of the area to desist from engaging in unprotected sex to avoid the need for abortions.
