The Nima Divisional Police Command has on Thursday December 2, 2021, arrested Blessed God’sbrain Smart aka Captain Smart, a popular radio presenter.
He was arrested following unsavoury pronouncement that hinges on peace and security.
He has been charged on the offence of Offensive Conduct conducive to breaches of peace as provided under Section 207 of the Criminal Act 1960 (Act 29).
He’s presently in police custody assisting the investigation.
