An Accra High Court has granted the Economic and Organised Crimes Office (EOCO)
A statement issued by EOCO said all persons including employees of affected companies with properties belonging to Mr. Mensah popularly known as NAM 1 must send them to the EOCO office or will constitute a contempt of court.

The latest move follows EOCO freezing some accounts of NAM 1 on January 15, 2019.
Nana Appiah Mensah is currently in Police Custody in the United Arab Emirates facing a charge of misdemeanor.
A government delegation was then sent to the United Arab Emirates (UAE), to engage authorities there on the next line of action.
It was expected that NAM 1 would have been extradited to Ghana after the Ghanaian delegation met the Emirati officials but the delegation failed to negotiate NAM 1’s release after it emerged that he had been charged and would be put before court in that country on February 2.E
