The Kumasi Circuit Court has remanded an activist of the largest opposition National Democratic Congress(NDC) party and two others into police custody.
Awudu Suley aka Scorpion and two others have been charged with conspiracy to commit robbery and robbery.
The three were arrested after the police raided the office building of MP for the area Muntaka Mubarak.
Their pleas were not taken by the court and were remanded by sitting judge Jacqueline Avotri.
They will reappear on November 11, 2020.
In a separate development, some irate NDC youth in the Suame Constituency locked up the party office on Tuesday afternoon.
Their action was in protest against an alleged decision to reinstate the Suame Constituency Chairman, Saeed Umar, whose position is being challenged in court.
But the youth who got infuriated at the decision massed up at the party office and locked it up.
