The Ejura Sekyedumase Municipal Assembly has confirmed Dr. Kingsley Osei as Municipal Chief Executive as he secured 80.33% of the vote cast.
Addressing the gathering after his confirmation, Dr Kingsley Osei said he was overwhelmed by the sense of unity and purpose demonstrated by the Assembly members, adding that he humbly accepts to be the representative of President Akufo Addo in the municipality and will religiously prosecute all his human-centered policies.
He pleaded with all residents in the municipality to divorce internecine warfare and marry peace as development cannot thrive in an atmosphere of animosity.

Present at the event included the former MCE, Salisu Bamba, the Member of Parliament for the area, Mohammed Bawa Braimah, the chiefs and queen mothers.
