Jaman South pleads to government to give them a woman as MCE

The majority of the people of Jaman south are calling on the government to consider a woman as their Municipal Chief Executive for the first time in the history of the ruling New Patriotic Party(NPP).

Speaking to OAnews.com, they said, women are extraordinary and have the skills when it comes to lobbying especially, one madam Vida Akosua Amoako.

Eloquent, sociable, and affable, madam Amoako has contributed hugely to the NPP since day one and continues to do so.

Popularly known as Eno Akosua from Faaman, she attended Our Lady of Providence and the University of Ghana. She is a single mother of one and lives and works in Accra.
