Juju scare hits Nkurakan Presby basic School; teachers flee

The rare sight of juju planted on the compound of the Nkurakan Presbyterian Basic School in the Yilo Krobo District of the Eastern Region disrupted academic work on Monday as fear gripped teachers and pupils abandoned the school.

The juju made up of a red and black pot, bottles of schnapps and eggs were planted in front of the KG block, forcing the terrified teachers and pupils to stay away from the classroom.

The charm is said to have been planted by a man fighting the School over a parcel of School land which he claims to be his own. He’s reported to have done the same act on two previous occasions.

A report has been filed with the Police.

Worried parents have picked their children from the school.
