A duplicate docket on the alleged murder of Ejura-based social media activist Ibrahim Mohammed aka Kaaka has been sent to the office of the Attorney General for advice.
Chief Superintendent Kofi Blagodzi told the Asokwa District Court.
While relatives were waiting anxiously for the arrival of the suspects, prosecution had prayed for an adjournment.
Three suspects arrested over the murder of social media activist Ibrahim Mohammed aka Kaaka are currently standing trial.
The suspects, Issaka Ibrahim aka Anyaas, Fuseini Alhassan and Iddi Mohamed have been charged with conspiracy to commit crime (to wit, murder) and murder.
Kaaka, 45, died at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital where he had been rushed to, barely 48 hours after he was clubbed in his home by assailants.
News of his death sparked anger among the youth of Ejura who took to the street to protest and called for justice.
