Naagyei 90.3 Fm Agyapa
The incumbent General Secretary of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Johnson Asiedu Nketiah, aka, General ‘Mosquito’ has trounced his only contender Koku Anydoho to retain his position.
Mr Anyidoho who served as deputy secretary contested his boss by mounting a spirited campaign but was unsuccessful.
Out of over 9,000 ballot cast, Mr. Anyidoho garnered a paltry 1,625 votes.
That of the votes polled by General Mosquito, according to our reporters are still being counted.
