President Akufo-Addo has accepted the resignation of Special Prosecutor, Martin Amidu.
He resigned from his position on Monday after three years citing political interference with his work.
In an acceptance letter, the Chief of Staff, Frema Osei Opare conveyed the President’s appreciation to Mr Amidu who once served as Running mate to Prof. Atta-Mills in the 2000 elections and subsequently an Attorney General.
