The two Police officers captured in a viral video flogging a suspect at Railway Police Station under Koforidua District Police command have been interdicted.
The interdiction was under the instruction of the acting Inspector General of Police James Oppong-Boanuh.
This was after a preliminary investigation by a fact-finding team from the Regional Police Headquarters implicated the two.
The two Police officers are -General Sergeant Patrick Amoako and General Lance Corporal Isaac Marfo.
They were captured on video by the complainant who caused the arrest of the victim. They were seen in the video using belts to beat the suspect while behind bars for stealing GH¢1,600 by his employer.
