The Supreme Court in a unanimous decision on Thursday dismissed former President John Mahama’s petition over the 2020 Presidential elections.
The Supreme Court ruled that they have no reason to order a re-run of the 2020 elections as was prayed by former president John Dramani Mahama in his election petition.
Chief Justice, Anin-Yeboah who chaired the seven-member panel in his ruling said the petition did not indicate how the errors made by the EC Chair affected the elections, and therefore dismissed the petition.
