Police impound over 20 guns from 26 years Beyele Akwasi

The Bono East regional Police Command has impounded over 20 assorted guns from a 26-year-old Beyele Akwasi.

Briefing the Media in the capital, Techiman, Bono East Regional Police Commander DCOP Moses Asabagna Atibila revealed that the man is suspected to be a gun manufacturer who produces weapons for armed robbers around Kintampo and its environs.

According to the Regional Police Commander, they believe the suspect has sold a lot of weapons to people who are using them in the region but the Police will work hard to arrest all the people using these illegal guns.

DCOP Moses Asabagna Atibila urged the public and media in the region to collaborate with the Police in order to expose miscreants.
