Chief Executive Officer of Nick Broadcasting Limited, operators of Ejura-based Naagyei FM and Nkoranza based Akyeaa FM, Nick Danso Adjei has revealed that Naagyei FM will soon donate two incubators worth GHC100,000 to the Ejura Government Hospital in the Ashanti Region.
According to him, the gesture will form part of the radio station’s corporate social responsibility.
He made the disclosure in an interview with host Henry Lord on Naagyei FM Wednesday.
“This station was named after my late father who also had great love for Ejura, so you have to take good care of the station and work hard to rake in more revenue. I’ll come later to look into your books, all the monies accrued will be channeled into developing Ejura township because the station was established for the people of Ejura. I’m not going to spend a pesewas of monies accruing to this radio station. We have to look at the things that are lacking in this town and help provide them with funds generated by the radio station.”
