President Akufo Addo to present C.I’s for Western North and Oti Regions today

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo will today Friday, February 15, 2019 present the Constitution Instruments establishing the Oti and Western North regions.

This will give legal backing to their creation.

The ceremony which will be held at the Jubilee House will also name the Regional capitals for these areas.

Earlier in the week he performed similar exercises for the four other new regions.

Like the other new regions, the Oti and Western North Regions will also be getting GHc20 million as seed capital. President Akufo-Addo has also set up a committee to assess the needs of the new regions.
